Still a burger noob but I love making my own. I've made them a few times but this was the first instance where it tasted legitimately really good and I didn't have the meat stick to the pan and tear the burgers to pieces. Classic bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños!

I got a similar griddle for Christmas. My microwave is mounted over my range. I do not have a real vent hood. I made Christmas smash burgers to christen it. The fire alarm went off three times that day.
It was a loud meal. And a delicious one.
