Salt / add to taste
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp

For white sauce ;

Mayo 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1 /2 cup
Sumac powder
Dry mint
Lemon
Salt
Fresh garlic
