  1. You could use a different spice mix in the pan in place of the paste, then eat it as chicken fajitas. Served with wraps, salad and dips!

  2. I love your videos well planned in steps. Great camera work. Quick not to lengthy where ppl might turn off. Eye apoealing.i like the fact of trying new ingredients that most ppl would never have heard of or think of using. This is why you're a success and your entertaining. I like that you invite your italian friend on the show to cook too. Thank you for being on here. Bless you and your family. It's nice to see your son interested in cooking too.

  3. Looks amazing 🤩
Although a layer of thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom wouldn’t go amiss 😋

  4. Your meals are always a amazing you go through a lot of effort making them. And a lot of care I do appreciate your hard work

  5. Oh my days, that looks delicious. Definitely a dish I'm going to try. I wish there was such a thing as 'smellyvision' 😋.

  6. Have everything to make this tomorrow, yum, only thing I will add is garlic, or does that clash with mint , not sure…

  7. If you're just cooking for yourself, and there's loads of us out there, you could easily scale this down using chicken legs, or a couple of skin on thigh pieces, or is you're being a bit posh, a spatchcock poussin, just adjust the cooking times slightly. That's what I'm thinking anyway.

  8. Harissa chicken traditionally uses chicken thighs and you didn't even salt the chicken or let it marinate. As usual, lots of shortcuts and "making it your own". At least, now, we can mark off the entire Mediterranean area as another of your culinary insults to tradition.

  9. This recipe looked really appetising, so the next day I went and bought Harissa and made it. Delicious! Thank you very much for the recipe!
