Aelia

At the heart of the Link is Aelia, highlighting French-leaning cuisine. The elegant space is open all day welcoming diners for all three meals or for a drink or snack to take away. The menu features French Rivieran classics and there’s an afternoon tea experience also available.

Arrazuna

Cuisine: Turkish-Middle Eastern
At Arrazuna, famed Scandi/Turkish chef Mehmet Gürs will serve vibrant Levantine and Arabic cuisines. The space is designed like a high-end food hall, featuring eight open kitchens. Diners can expect a menu that showcases top-quality ingredients with a market-to-table approach that pays testament to the heritage of Middle Eastern cuisine as a whole.

La Dame de Pic

If you’re curious about trying incredibly intricate and creative French food by one of the most famous chefs in the world, you’ll have to add La Dame de Pic Dubai to your foodie bucket list. Anne-Sophie Pic is the decorated chef behind the concept that is known worldwide for its avant-garde offering. You can enjoy dishes such as roasted guinea fowl perfumed with hojicha, lamb rack perfumed with roasted kombu and Atlantic crab infused with sobacha to name a few.

Sagetsu

Cuisine: Japanese
Japanese cuisine is undeniably one of Dubai diners’ most well-loved. Sagetsu promises to bring together traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. Chef Tetsuya Wakuda will also incorporate classical French techniques with the Japanese philosophy of using natural, seasonal flavours in refined cuisine.

Tapasake

Located across the top of The Link, Tapasake offers both a pool club and a restaurant experience at the world’s longest infinity pool. Here, you’ll get a resident DJ, refreshing drinks, and a tapas-style menu of Japanese-Latin American bites as well as swim-up bars, sunken pods and a chance to level up your Instagram feed. You’ll get plates of Nikkei dishes including sushi, sashimi, ceviche, tiradito and izakaya tapas for sharing.

Nobu One Za’abeel

One of Dubai’s longest-standing Japanese restaurants is opening its third location at The Link. The latest venue promises to offer a stylish dining room, private dining spaces, an elegant lounge and a bar with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer skyline views.

The design and interiors of the restaurant will feature all the Nobu aesthetics but with a futuristic element. The new Nobu location will also have an entertainment program with performances. That’s definitely a first. Founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, Nobu has become a pretty big global brand.

Outside of The Link and located on Level four of One&Only One Za’abeel on the Garden Level, are two pretty contrasting concepts: Andaliman and StreetXO.

Andaliman

Cuisine: Indonesian.
Andaliman, located in The Garden on Level 4, is a celebration of inherently Indonesian flavours. Named after a local pepper, Andaliman offers a family-friendly concept with a bar, open kitchen and outdoor seating. The menu showcases flavours like lemongrass, chilli and coconut with a distinct nod to the diversity of sambal.

StreetXO

Cuisine: European/Asian.
Created by Spanish chef Dabiz Muñoz, who hails from Madrid StreetXO is a street food concept in a super high-end setting. Essentially, you’ll be served haute cuisine dishes in an informal and unexpected setting (just look at all that graffiti). Celebrated as one of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs, the food is totally experimental.

The Concourse

One Za’abeel in Dubai recently launched The Concourse, a hub area that’s offering retail, dining, healthcare and wellness services. Featuring a mix of local and global brands, it caters more to the everyday needs with luxury and urban living. Visitors can enjoy specialty coffee at Saddle Café, home-style meals at Home Bakery Kitchen, Mediterranean cuisine at Café Bateel and quick bites from Pret A Manger. Monop will also be there to offer fresh produce, while Supercare Pharmacy covers health and wellness. The Concourse, located near the Dubai World Trade Centre, complements the fine dining at The Link and offers a casual option alongside luxury amenities at One Za’abeel.
