Tag Chipotle on some social media shit and you will probably get some of that $$$ back maybe even a free 4 pit burrito.

Those avocados were far past the point of good to use.
DigbyChickenZone
Are you saying that those are avocado pits? Those look like meat chunks. But I guess if an employee put a whole avocado into a blender, thats what the pits would look like… I am very confused about this post.

Looks heinous. I haven’t had chipotle in a hot minute thanks for reminding me why! I feel like they have been on the steady decline since they opened.

I don’t understand why people still give money to that shitpile of a chain.
It’s garbage food that never warrants the expense. Just fucking stop.

I used to work at a Tex-Mex place that was similar set up to chipotle.
so the way these restaurants work is when you put ingredients together, you’re supposed to be responsible enough to know exactly how many things to pull out when you’re done. For example if I put in exactly 14 avocados, I need to be very much aware that after my hand mix everything I need to pull out exactly 14 pits. Not 13 but 14.
The same thing when you cook rice when you put bay leaves in there, you need to know exactly how many bay leaves you put in there so you know exactly the same amount to pull out.
this is the standard for cooking in any restaurant whether you’re a chef or a cook or just some guy that’s helping out in the back.
sometimes customers will see the bay leaves or a pit or something in their food, and they immediately start defending the person who abandoned their responsibility without even understanding why it’s so grossly inappropriate to do something like this so this is a very controversial image that you brought up because people are just gonna start saying oh well they’re tired and they don’t get paid enough in this and that … but in order to be a competent employee, no matter what your income level is, this is not appropriate food handling behavior
Sorry if I sound like a fucking nerd I don’t mean to
