    It’s not this important to get this much protein. As a doctor, just… 100g a day is more than fine.

    These extreme diets usually leave you back at your starting weight

    You’d be better off doing 1g/lb goal bodyweight, add the rest to carbs to fuel your workout and give you sanity

    Carbs don’t make you fat, calories do

    Show us your fibre count and then I’ll be impressed. No point of getting that much protein if it’s just gonna sit in your body for three days cause you can’t poop.
