Ingredients ๐
Bread Recipe
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
600gr all purpose flour
2 cups warm water
Oatmeal bread recipe
1 cup oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Shrimp Curry
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 inch grated ginger
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp yellow curry paste
1/2 tsp salt
4 carrots
1/2 bell pepper (you can use 1/2 eggplant /zukkini instead)
200 gr shrimp
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup water
Frozen cilantro
Serve suggestion : steamed rice.
Baked Pasta with Cheese
300 gr pasta
4 eggs
4 tbsp greek yogurt
300 gr Feta cheese
80 gr cheddar cheese
200 gr gouda cheese
Salt,pepper
2-3 tbsp butter
Bake to 350 F (180ยฐ C) for 30-40 minutes
