Tried finding a nice used Weber for a month with no luck. Bought a cheap charbroil. I don’t think they could have made it into any more pieces.

Put it together a solidly as possible.
Once constructed this will fail the “shake test”

Wiggle the closed lid left and right and the grill feels like it’s held together with paper clips.

They gotta stuff as many of them as possible into a shipping container from China to maximize profits.

Is this the electric bistro pro charbroil?

It’s like building legos. There’s tons of used webers on craigslist/facebook/offerup. Dunno where you are shopping OP.

Please that’s nothing, make the mistake I made and buy and erect a metal shed! You only make that mistake once!!

We bought a used one from a neighbor for $20 and that crappy thing lasted 10 more years while we procrastinated on a new Weber. Then I had buyer’s remorse on the 3 burner Weber spirit when it underwhelmed in comparison.

Take it back.Summer will be over by the time you assemble your IKEA grill.

You could cut some of those pieces in half. That would give you more pieces! 😜

My 4 burner came with a ridiculous amount of parts. Fortunately it’s lasted a few years and quite sturdy

The ninja FlexFlame I bought is made in China. BUT, it used a cool app called BILT, which showed step by step with a 3d model and voice how to assemble.

Each part had a letter and the bolts for each step (1-26ish) were individually packaged and called out in the app. Not once did I have to read the instructions; And you can manipulate the model to see how each piece is supposed to go together.

Did it take a while? Yes, but it was a really cool experience and all the parts were labeled and packaged well.

My wife brought home a basketball goal from Walmart. Is the only time in my life I ever wanted to divorce her. You wouldn’t believe how many bags of nuts and bolts. The instructions were awful.

I got one for my parents and had to assemble(35 yrs ago) Had to have been 600 pieces with all the washers nuts bolts. Said I would never do that again.

Wait till it rusts and turns into more pieces

Checkout the app “BILT”. Has a lot of stuff loaded into it and makes assembly much easier IMO

I bought a really cheap BBQ and I have lot of complaints.

Might be worth pointing out that webber is higher quality, and made in america by americans, and your box of small parts was made in china.
