    A royal treat with a berrylicious upgrade!

    Ingredients:
    Sugar Syrup:
    1. Sugar: ½ cup
    2. Water: 6 tbsp
    3. Orange Blossom/Rose Water: 1 tsp
    4. Lemon Juice: ½ tsp
    Custard:
    1. Full-Fat Milk: 1¼ cup
    2. Thickened Cream: 250 ml
    3. Cornflour: 3 tbsp
    4. Sugar: 3 tbsp
    5. Orange Blossom/Rose Water: 1 tsp
    Raspberry Compote:
    1. Raspberries: 1½ cup
    2. Sugar: 6 tbsp
    3. Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
    4. Lemon: few drops
    5. Cornflour: ¾ tsp (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)

    Instructions:
    1. Sugar Syrup: Combine sugar, water, orange blossom/rose water, and lemon juice. Heat until sugar dissolves.
    2. Custard: Whisk milk, cream, cornflour, sugar, and orange blossom/rose water. Cook until thickened.
    3. Raspberry Compote: Cook raspberries, sugar, vanilla essence, and lemon until mushy. Add dissolved cornflour and cook until thickened.
    4. Assembly: Layer milk rusk, sugar syrup, custard, and raspberry compote. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
