3 cases oestetra caviar and some a5 on order chef!

  2. Few-Mycologist-2379

17 cases of the least used item. Added to the coming truck.

Remove one thing from every order they place, just before cut-off.

Sometimes, it will be small and unimportant. Other times – remove something really important.

    oh goodness

don’t do anything for a few months so they won’t make the connection

You cant do anything big like ordering 30 cases of urinal cakes because your rep is definitely calling and asking if it was a mistake. Except 1 time instead of 1 2 gallon pales of icecream, i fat fingered and put 11 so 22 gallons of ice cream showed up and they just said “oh we just thought you were having an ice cream party” haha.

What I’d do is little things like when they place an order delete a couple things everytime or just change quantities so it seems like the new person ordering keeps fucking up. Keep changing the order guide. I’d bet they’ll remove you soon though. Substitute products like change the table salt to maldon or instead of a big container of pepper corns see if you can order expensive individual glass grinders for the tables you cant open. Instead of large gloves get extra small.

Let it go brother. It’s a sign to show you’re the bigger person. Find a new gig and move on with your life. Anything you do could cause you way more involvement with this toxic place than you ever wanted. Though, removing a couple things is the best option, at least there’s no misuse of their spending. 😂

  7. Just change the unit quantities by one item either more or less and see how long it takes for them to notice

  8. Remember that there will be an electronic trail that can point back to you.

You never know who knows who. Stories like this spread like wildfires. What is hilarious to line cooks might make a manager hesitant to want to deal with you.

    Just sayin….

Doing well will be your best revenge. Take the high road, trust me it will work out for you in the long run.

The company I worked for in 2022 still provides paid subscriptions to hello fresh for me. They forgot to cancel it, even after I sent multiple emails and called several times.

It would be funny. But also not worth it and would be very very illegal. I’d just let it go.

Had a sous at a place I was at once get fired and he ordered a grand worth of gooseberries for the next day

  13. AuxiliaryPatchy

Their toxic, your toxic, I’m surprised it didn’t work out

If that kitchen is using sysco for product, then you are better off not working there. The system shows every log in, so it will point directly to you, just leave it be man.

I used to order for an entire warehouse… seeing the amount of money they wasted by not getting a quote from the vendor was enough for me lmao. It took 2 years before they deleted my login.

  16. psychoticdream

Don’t mess with it. It points to you if they look up who logged in and they could take you to court

  17. Move on. Let it go. Focus on what’s good for you and your future.
