See last time I was there was 2014 and my fuckin meal was $15 which at the time was crazy to me but now I couldn’t imagine what that shit cost. Probably like a $30 meal now. Fries are okay but still think the burger was average. I’d like to try them again but not for what it cost. You can go to a bar/grill or restaurant and get a better deal these days. Especially since I go to bars/restaurants all the time for work and occasionally get free food so sometimes it hard for me to justify paying curtain prices for food

The extra fries thing is policy. It tricks the customer into thinking they got their moneys worth. It really doesn’t cost the company anything but it helps you justify paying $20 for a burger.

I still enjoy five guys quite a bit. The fries are undefeated. Yes, it’s pricey but every other burger place has been hit by inflation and paying a dollar or two more for decent quality over generic fast food is worth it.
