Recipe:

3 Parts Oregano
2 Parts Parsley
2 Parts Rosemary (Crushed)
2 Parts Onion Powder
2 Parts Salt
1 Part Black Pepper

Instructions:
Use 5 and 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat.

You can bake this as your primary seasoning in a meat loaf to slice thinly and pan sear the strips for something very close to restaurant gyro’s. We most often just use this seasoning in ground beef. We mix it in towards the end of browning our beef!
