Mochiko Japanese Traditional Sweet Rice Flour <- true mochi flour

This is NOT glutinous rice flour that can be used for making mochi. Mochiko flour is. You can Google to see a picture of the box. It’s usually sold in Asian markets. I came across some new brand that states on their boxes “For Mochi”. Also, search on YouTube for recipes making mochi using microwave oven.
