i’m not a fan of シャバシャバ (shaba-shaba, like liquidy) curry and どろどろ (doro-doro, i think thicker more solid texture) is more of my type but sometimes soup curries HIT the spot

Me and my husband are so in love with soup curry, got a bunch of different brands from sapporo but nothing hits the spot like the one we had there. Going to sapporo for the third year in a row this summer. Cannot wait. I generally love all versions of japanese curry, especially the one from the oven with cheese on top and soup curry.
