𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 & 𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎:-
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:-
For Seasoning Chicken:
•Chicken Breasts- 3 large or 500 grams
•Black Pepper(crushed)- a pinch to each side
•Salt- a pinch to each side
•Refined Flour- 250 grams

For Cooking Chicken:
Olive Oil(extra virgin)- 2 tbsp
Butter-2 tbsp

For Cooking Sauce:
Butter-2 tbsp
Garlic(minced)-2 tbsp
Chicken Stock-1 cup
Lime Juice- half lime
Fresh Cream-1 cup
Italian Seasoning-1 tsp
Black pepper(crushed)-1 tsp
Salt-as per taste

For Garnish:
Dried Oregano-as required
Dried Parsley-as required
Cilantro(chopped)-as required

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:-
1-Prepare the Chicken:
•Lightly pound the chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness for even cooking.
•Season both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
•coat into refined flour from both sides and shake off the excess flour.

2-Sear the Chicken:
•Heat 2 tbsp olive oil & 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
•Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3-Make the Garlic Sauce:
•In the same pan, add 2 tbsp butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
•Pour in chicken stock and lime juice. Let it simmer for 5-6 minutes to reduce slightly.
•Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper and salt. Stir for 2-3 minutes until fully combined.

4-Combine & Finish:
•Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
•Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5-Serve:
•Garnish with oregano, parsley or cilantro. •Serve hot with rice, pasta, or bread.
