Had some rotisserie chicken and I don't have a food scale to measure how much I'm consuming, so I took some before and after pictures and a picture of the nutrition facts. I would like to know how many calories, and/or how many oz of chicken I've eaten.

Maybe 3 or so ounces? Even that may be a stretch 2-3 oz
