    1. Lamb Koftas in Harissa Sauce – 9/10 – First time eating couscous! This is one of my favourites so far, super tasty and the couscous portion was more than enough!

    2. Sticky Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry – 8/10 – Another huge portion, and something else new to me: bulgogi sauce. The flavours were great, and as a big onion lover this was perfect haha. All of the noodle/stir fry recipes I’ve tried so far have been solid!

    3. Pepper Crusted Venison and Dauphinoise Potatoes – 4/10 – Having never cooked anything close to a steak before (and having never tried venison), I’m not sure whether this was a case of me figuring out that I just don’t like venison, or that I failed to cook it well? The pepper crust was the nicest part. The dauphinoise potatoes were interesting, I’m not a huge cheese lover so some bites were quite overpowering. The less cheesey areas I thought were nice. Overall disappointed that I spent the money on a premium that I was really looking forward to, and didn’t even end up eating the leftovers from this one

    4. Zesty Breaded Sea Bass and Chips – 7/10 – The lemon and herb seasoning was nice, I’m enjoying learning to make homemade chips, and the garlic mayo was super nice. I think I overcooked the fish slightly as it wasn’t super flavourful, but overall one I’d have again

    5. Herby Breaded Chicken Breast – 6.5/10 – The garlicky veg was lovely, the cheesy mash (which I turned in to garlicky cheesy mash) was also very enjoyable. The herby crumb on the chicken breast was nice but again, not super flavourful, or else I think this one would’ve ranked higher. Either way I wouldn’t be against making it again!

    6. Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi Style Salad – 5/10 – I can’t really rank this one fairly as I ate it when I was ill and struggling with mouth ulcers, the Sambal mayo was causing me agony lmao – but the flavours were nice! Very small portions, especially because I halved them to have it as lunches instead, but I’m not sure the full portion would’ve been super filling. Not sure I’d make this one again
