It’s art. It’s subjective.
That said, is your coffee shop anywhere near the ocean or a fishmarket? Then it would go nicely. Customers likely to frequent that shop would not think twice about it.
If your coffee shop is serving any type of pastries, then it might not work.
Maybe it’s just me, but looking at dead fish doesn’t make me want to eat a slice of banana bread with my coffee.
It’s not meant as an insult, the quality and skill is evident, but yes, the subject matter is difficult when attempting to sell a few moments of fun and happiness that a premium cup of coffee and a small sweet cookie brings.
No because it doesn’t make me want coffee. It’s cool though.
