Wing recipe:
Cut off wing tips and marinate in Wicker’s for at least 3 hours.
Light chimney of charcoal and put wings on indirect heat. Pat dry with paper towel.
Lightly season. I used seasoned salt and meat church holy voodoo.
Cover grill and mop with Wicker’s every 15 mins until wings reach 190-200F (don’t forget to turn them at least once to hit the underside with seasoning and Wicker’s)
That’s it! Ez pz

Note to self: always put a pet in cooking posts.
I’ll be doing wings soon for the first time. Do you place a water pan under the wings?
That’s a fine looking boy/girl you got there. I’m assuming they get a fair portion as well.
