Wing recipe:

  1. Cut off wing tips and marinate in Wicker’s for at least 3 hours.

  2. Light chimney of charcoal and put wings on indirect heat. Pat dry with paper towel.

  3. Lightly season. I used seasoned salt and meat church holy voodoo.

  4. Cover grill and mop with Wicker’s every 15 mins until wings reach 190-200F (don’t forget to turn them at least once to hit the underside with seasoning and Wicker’s)

That’s it! Ez pz

I’ll be doing wings soon for the first time. Do you place a water pan under the wings?

That’s a fine looking boy/girl you got there. I’m assuming they get a fair portion as well.
