    Infused Chicken Shawaya Recipe:-
    Ingredients:-
    1200g Whole chicken with skin,
    150 ml Vinegar,
    1 litre water,
    1 tsp Turmeric powder,
    1 tsp Salt,
    Soak and wash thoroughly.

    Shawaya Masala :-
    ยฝ Onion,
    1 Tomato,
    6 Garlic cloves,
    1 inch Ginger Sliced,
    6 Green Chillies chopped,
    1 handfull of Coriander Leaves,
    1 tsp Pepper powder,
    1 tsp Cumin powder,
    1 tsp Cinnamon powder,
    2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly powder,
    1 tsp Pink Salt,
    ยฝ tsp Black Salt,
    1 tbsp Vinegar,
    1 tbsp Mustard Oil,
    Grind well,

    a) Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
    b). Take the marinated chicken out at least an hour before cooking.
    c). Bake the Marinated chicken for 45 minutes at 190 โฐC,

    Tandoori Mayonnaise for Infusing:-
    1 Egg,
    1 tsp Pepper corns,
    ยผ tsp Salt,
    1 pinch of Sugar,
    1 tsp Vinegar,
    1 cup of Oil,
    Grind well,
    Prepared Mayonnaise,
    2 tbsp Red Chilly sauce,
    1 tbsp Tomato ketchup,
    1 tsp Cumin powder,
    1 tsp Tandoori masala,
    ยฝ tsp Garam Masala,
    ยฝ tsp Pepper powder,
    Mix well…
