This salad dressing is sweet, slightly sour and tangy; one of the most refreshing ones that I’ve ever had.
Ingredients
300g assorted green leaves (rucola, romaine, etc)
6 cherry tomatoes
2 radish-red
salad dressing
1 cup avocado oil or olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons yuzu tea (in the bottle), it looks like yuzu marmalade
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1.Combine a few different types of green leaves, cherry tomato, and red radish. Wash and drain. Tear them into bite sized pieces. Thinly slice the radish.
2. In a blender cup, combine avocado oil, rice vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, garlic, and the yuzu tea. Blend until smooth.
3.Toss the salad with salad dressing before serving.
