Oh yeah, I love this one. My boyfriend always vetoes it because he doesn’t like the texture of the ground beef with the rice. 😐 So I veto everything with black beans and then we’re even 😂
Though! We did see that they now seem to be making this recipe but with tortillas and billed as tacos…. We are getting them April 4 and hopefully they’re just as good (though I like rice better than tortillas).

I had similar last week. I don’t know what makes it a bowl versus a stir-fry lol.
I think it’s the sweet soy glaze that makes it so good and plenty to cover the rice to give it flavor with every bite.
