I assume it has used the required caloric deficit for losing 1 lb of fat. The accuracy depends on: 1) the accuracy of your estimated base caloric need 2) the accuracy of your estimated calorie intake
Some uncertainty is added by water weight fluctuations but that is always the case

If you currently weigh ~133.6 then yes that is accurate. 5 weeks is 35 days. Losing 379 calories a day for 35 days is 13,265 calories, or about 3.8 lbs. 3.8 + 129.8 = 133.6.
