    Lunch: cottage cheese quiche (picture from last week’s but it’s the same thing this week), 205cal, 6g carb, 29g protein

    Snack: fruit bowl with half an apple, 5 grapes, some blackberries and some blueberries

    Dinner: Greek chicken meatballs, tzatziki, cauliflower rice sauteed with kale, roasted sweet potatoes and Greek lemon potatoes, 530cal, 43g carb, 40g protein

    Dessert (not pictured): Greek yogurt & whey mix, 191cal, 36g protein
