This was so good!! But I pretty much like anything with a Dijon sauce I’ve learned since I started getting these boxes, lol.
I think next time, I would just bake the salmon. While the crispy layer is nice, I just like it baked and less stove top mess. The sauce is super easy to recreate! Just lemon, Dijon and butter with a bit of sugar. Very yummy! I’ll definitely make this again, especially during the summer with a grilled salmon.
If you’re a seafood fan, definitely give this a try!

I’m not sure how, but i jacked up the lemon Dijon sauce. It ended up just being melted butter and everything else burned to a crisp 😒😔
Agreed with baking versus cooking on the stovetop.
Oh nice you got this one! The sauce was really good and garlicky! In the past month, or so, I’ve had 3 different salmon meals and this was my favorite.
