Does anyone know how to recreate this vegan queso?
I absolutely love this queso dip, but after moving across the country I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I was hoping someone could help me find a recipe to duplicate it. Thank you!

Is high-pressure certification for like shipping to high altitude? Is this vegan queso from Denver?

I don’t know anything about the queso that’s pictured but this is the dairy free queso that I make sometimes
Toothpaste (crest-spearmint), soybean paste, synthetic gorgonzola, canola oil, black bean, and monk fruit sweetener.

Just here to say I also get annoyed every target doesn’t have this. It’s not the most cheesy tasting but it makes a great sauce on taco bowls.
I recall looking at the ingredients and being surprised the first ingredients were cauliflower and belle pepper. I imagine it’s a lot of veg cooked down then pureed.
