    I could see it *maybe* if they were roasted and marinated, but… Just chunks of raw carrots tossed on a pizza? Nope, not normal.

    If you want carrots on pizza, put carrots on pizza.

    I mean carrots can be in Giardiniera and that is GOOD on pizza. This doesn’t look appetizing tho

    Huyyy… medallions? No sir. That said I have grated carrot on pizza and it was pretty rad.

    This is absolutely not the way to do it. I’ve had a Bahn mi pizza that had carrots on it, but not huge mf chunks on it.
