I don't have any Bibibop restaurants near me so I made a Bibibop-inspired meal prep with noodles and Korean BBQ and bought some Yum Yum sauce to add to it! Not the best macros but still yummy.

    Looks delicious.

Stupid question from a noob: Is it for freezing, are you cooking for multiple people or will this be all you eat next week?

    Please post your recipe(s)!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

  3. Recipe:

    Korean BBQ- [https://damndelicious.net/2015/02/21/slow-cooker-korean-beef/](https://damndelicious.net/2015/02/21/slow-cooker-korean-beef/)

Noodles- Any chow mein noodles from the grocery store, simply boil them

1 russet potato diced, boiled, and salted

1 bag each frozen corn and broccoli (you could also get fresh but I did frozen to save time and money)

Organic Kale just pulled apart by hand and then pre-sliced carrots

    1 can of black beans

You should be proud of yourself. This looks great. Such a good mix of sides it would be easy to eat all week.
