    Longjing shrimp as it’s poached in tea, not fried, and high in protein! All of the vegetable options are good too but keep in mind often these dishes have a lot of sauce, sodium and oil so it’s hard to avoid. Alternatively, order what sounds appetising to you and eat a smaller portion. You can always get takeaway containers. Enjoy your lunch!
