I had it with 78g shredded cabbage and 63g brown rice – making the full meal 546 calories, 41.9g protein, 10.8g fiber.

To make: I marinated the chicken in curry powder, salt, corn starch and olive oil for half an hour. I boiled the veggies to reduce oil. Cooked the chicken in a tsp of coconut oil with onion, then added the drained veggies, stirred in the sauce and done! Real quick dinner that hit the spot.
