We've enjoyed pellet grills but they don't last long outside. Plus there's just us two. So we bought a small grill that cools fast and fits in the garden shed.

That thing is awesome. I have one and store it in my travel trailer for camping. Heats up quickly and holds temp like a champ. Only thing I wish it had was wifi but other than that it is a little beast.
