does the apple get soft at 35 seconds in the microwave? or does it stay crunchy?

I do something similar! Chop and microwave an apple, add a crumbled Fibee One cinnamon brownie on top, and if I have room for the macros, some Greek yogurt or light cool whip.

if I need an evening treat, I do sugar free pudding mix with fat free milk, and instead of doing 4 servings, I just split in two. That is anywhere between 140 and 150 cal. Nice protein, good calcium, so a treat with ok nutrition.
