The steak marinated in garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, red wine vinegar, and pepper.

The bread was my 3rd attempt at baking bread from scratch but I used like 4.5 cups of all purpose, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp active dry yeast, mixed in air a cup and a half of water, 2 eggs + 1 yolk, .25 cups + 2 tbsp honey, .25 cups + 2 tbsp vegetable oil, let rise for about 2 hours, shaped it, let rise another 1.5 hours, then baked at 350 for 25 mins.

Could be sweeter, I'm just happy it wasn't overly dense

  2. I’m drunk so I’d take of slice of the peen bread and make little steak sandwich. Idc what everyone else said, my immediate thought was “would”

    Edit: to talk shit. You steak looks like it was cooked by that guy who is viral for sous vide cooking his steaks in motel toilets. Still would.

    Next time you make bread try using 20% high gluten flour. It really helps make the bread fluffier. Also, you don’t mention kneading. You are thoroughly kneading the dough yeah?
