I once ate this and it’s called Timballo, but the one I found in the article (comments) is completely different. Can any Italian pls explain?

    “Timballo” can be translated as pasta or rice casserole: pasta or rice with sauce baked in the oven. In your case, I can see mushrooms, ham, cheese, bechamel sauce and maybe zucchini.

    Timballo smis a generic name for what would be called a casserole.
