Im new to baking with sourdough, i made this small loaf cuz i didn’t expect it go well since im a beginner and still learning. But honestly, im happily surprised of the results. I don’t ever wanna buy bread again!
The texture and taste were amazing.

Is this loaf over- or underproofed?
