Yes. You can always load more on top once it’s done but if you add much more you will need lots more egg or just end with a onion scramble. Not that there is anything wrong with a onion scramble. But omelet is one of the only things you can add to much too. On the inside atleast. Feel free to add more on top once it’s cooked.
