Okay, hear me out. I had this protein powder I hate and was just trying to get through it. I couldn’t get myself to make another bad smoothie with it and was trying to think of how to make it more tolerable.

A while back I heard someone say sugar free apple pie filling was one of their favorite Ninja Creami mix-ins. I thought this was genius, bought a can, and never touched it until I came up with this recipe. I’ve been having this every day since I first made it earlier this week, it’s so good! With the protein powder I hate it’s really good, so I imagine it would be amazing with a protein powder I actually like (which I finally finished the protein powder today, so I’ll definitely find out soon). I feel like it would be a great dessert but I’ve been having it as my post-workout meal since it’s quick + high protein.

I consider this high volume for the calories and it’s quite filling, but you could totally just add the apple pie filling to other bases like yogurt, Ninja Creami ice cream, pudding, etc. I’m kinda surprised I’ve never seen sugar free pie filling mentioned here before, this is honestly such a game changer for me!
