I finally tried out this recipe, which was on my to do list for a long time. And I can report that it was actually good! I forgot to add a tbsp of oil at the end, so I think my total calories were probably even lower and I didn't miss the oil. It tastes like a risotto and is indeed very creamy.

Edit: this was +- 300g of food per portion
