    Looking good. You’ll love using it. A pork loin is amazing as the outside fat cooks up like crispy bacon.

    Put some mini potatoes in the pan next time.

    Maybe next time, trim the twine back. It looks weird and made me go wt. . . Until I realized when it’s twine hanging from the chicken.
