Slow Living in Italy: Cooking Stinging Nettles Risotto & Meatballs | Gardening

In today’s episode, I’m cooking a stinging nettle risotto with gorgonzola cream and meatballs in white sauce. I’ll also do some gardening, build a jasmine wall as a DIY project, decorate my room with green branches, and create some scented potpourri.

Посмотрела на киви, которые лежат у вас на столе. Вспомнился рецепт. Подсушить белый хлеб. Сделать намазку: тертый сыр+чеснок+укроп+майонез. Намазать этой смесью хлеб, сверху выложить нарезанный кольцами киви. Получается 👌

Potpourri ca al tau vreau sa fac si eu, Corinus, ideea cu borcanul e excelenta. Vreau sa-ti spun ca narcisele, muscari si zambilele mele sunt ridicol de mici, parca e ireal , si anul trecut cand le-am cumparat erau ditamai plantoacele .🤨 Mi-am amintit cand ne-ai aratat frumusetile acelea de zambile si narcise surprinse la plimbarea ta cu Arly , care m-a dat gata cu pelerina de ploaie. Ce stylish e 😄😄! Crengile acelea arata tare bine in vaza si uite ce echipa buna faceti la munca in gradina!

Ce bine arata vaza neagra cu tulpina verde, multumesc de inspiratie, aplic, doar ca la noi primavara este putin mai tarzie, inca nu au aparut narcisele si nu au inflorit pomii. Preparatul cu chiftelute am sa-l copiez de asemenea. 😘

I really enjoyed today's video. I have 3 dogs and it rains a lot where I live. Unfortunately my dogs do not like wearing coats so have to dry them with towels. Why did I have 3dogs that won't wear coats???❤

Carissima Cory, siete stati così bravi…vedrai sarete ripagati della fatica e presto avrete uno splendido muro di gelsomino profumato e in quanto alle nuove ricette proverò presto questo matrimonio con le ortiche e il gorgonzola che amo molto e le polpettine mi hanno ricordato quelle che mi preparava mia mamma, le proverò perché sono leggermente diverse dalla sua ricetta e sono molto invitanti e golose😊

Wow.., urzici ., nu am mancat de foarte mult timp urzici .!Din pacate . aici in Spania , in zona in care locuiesc nu se gasesc., nici urzici ., nici leurda … Chiftelele alea arata foarte bine ., iar sosul trebuie sa-l pregatesc si eu la fel ca tine ., multumesc de idee ! Dar .., cea ce mi-a placut cel mai mult in acest video .., a fost gardul de jasmin….Doamne ., acum un an ., nu stiu ce s-a intamplat in/cu mine , s-a produs un click .., legat de jasmin … si de atunci a devenit o adictie, mirosul si floarea de jasmin ., as putea spune ca . .., sau …, si daca vad cuvantul jasmin scris ., ma induce intr-o stare de bine … 😄. Deci cumpar orice are jasmin., de ceaiuri ., nici nu mai vorbesc ., am peste 15 sortimente de ceaiuri cu iasomie …Si acum am vazut gardul tau …, no…cum sa mai pot sta linistita .., la asta chiar nu m-am gandit ,un gard cu flori de jasmine…, deci mi-ai facut ziua/viata😁mai frumoasa ..🤭.!! Trebuie sa invat sa fac si eu acest gard neaparat ., pas cu pas ., nici nu stiu de unde sa cumpar plantele ., dar o sa le caut pe internet ., vreau pt casa din Romania .. Hey there im a bit late but a big congratulations to the 8k souls that follow you and are really delighted to watch your hard work,, those meatballs are super nice and are a perfect size all they needed is just a bit more crunchy outer layer but it looked super delicious as for the jasmines you guys did a great job i have lost 5 jasmine trees before 😢but I’ll try and get another wish you a happy week

Imi place ca il pupați cu atâta foc si dragoste. Asa facem si noi cu Aky al nostru😍. Esti o norocoasă ca ai o grădina, un spatiu afară si iti doresc ca intr o zi sa ti implinesti visul de a avea o casa pe malul mării.
