-herb and garlic butterfly chicken (only served myself meat without bone)
-1 corn cob (cut in half because it feels like I'm having more for some reason)
-carrots
-steamed silver beet (that's what we call it here but I believe it's chards to others)
– broccoli (had eaten some)
-roast potatoes in their jackets
-bisto supreme gravy
Enjoyed every last bite as well knowing it was only 483 cal
