This is a lighter version of the classic cheesecake that will help you stay on track and meet your protein goals without even trying! Once you have one bite, you’ll be making this weekly for a nightly slice!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of *thick* greek yogurt
– 2 eggs
– 2 Tbsp of Bethany’s Pantry protein bake or vanilla DSP (this is a GF, grain-free, low carb, high protein substitute for cornstarch – link in my bio to grab a bag)

Optional mix-ins:
– vanilla extract
– honey / sweetener of choice
– lemon zest

Optional Toppings:
– whipped cream
– chocolate drizzle
– honey drizzle
– berry compote
– powdered sugar

Method:
Whisk egg with greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps are present. Then add the protein bake and continue whisking until very smooth and there’s no lumps. Pour batter into a line baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.

  1. I really want to try it and it looks so delicious but I don't have protein shake….what can I substitute instead of protein?

  2. Everyone, you have to go to full screen and click the three dots in top right corner. I used to think the same but she really does leave recipe.

  3. I don't mean to be rude or insensitive, but you people think this lady needs some food, she makes everything low carbs low calories, she is clearly anorexic and malnutrition, she needs some hugs and cookies. Feeling bad for writing this but I hope she doesn't have any underlying health issues and it's a choice and it's not too late to get a bit more balanced diet so you don't end up ill at such a young age

  4. Is anyone start commenting on how skinny lilsipper is? Please get some help and get healthier, Im all for simle recipes and food hacks, but you need to start watching your health

  5. Everyone talking about how skinny she is, does NOT know her story. She has major stomach issues and has fixed them by eliminating processed foods. She literally has been so sick and even in a coma before due to her illness. Now she shares foods to help those with similar issues.

  6. Tried this today!! I enjoyed it, but I think I’ll opt out of the protein powder option, it would have been better with the some butter and salt. I don’t like sweets though. My daughter loves it!

  7. From her posted description, enjoy!
