First time ordering sushi in years because one finally opened in my small town.

I figured 12 pieces would be fine but because of the size I struggled to finish them.

Taste was good although I’m not a fan of cream cheese with it.

A futomaki is a larger diameter roll, typically vegetarian, this however is just American I think k.

This is like supermarket grade sushi 🤣 full rice Little fish

  4. This is not normal. It looks like it’s made by an amateur tbh. But at least you got your moneys worth in quantity lol. Maybe not quality tho

  5. False, not enough watery rice according to our gatekeeper

  6. The person that made the sushi could have:

    1. Cut the whole sheet of Nori into 2 halves

    2. Take one of the 2 halves and made the roll “*long way”*

In essence, you get a “fatter” piece because you rolled it with the nori length wise going up and down

If your sushi comes in a carton like that it’s probably shitty tbh
