There’s toro, salmon, and some fish eggs, pretty good, any advice on what to try next

    I personally don’t appreciate tobiko, love ikura and sturgeon roe though.

    Add a quail egg to one of the roe—maybe the masago. Drop the salmon. Add uni. That doesn’t look like toro to me. Add kazunoko.

    I’d venture into some white fishes.

    Yellowtail (obviously not white fish)

    Golden eye Snapper

    Kohada

    Sea bass

    always thought tobiko is good for texture, but doesn’t taste like anything as a standalone.
