  1. This is my favorite brisket leftover use. Also if you really want to take the ramen up a notch: smoke beef ribs and save the bones to make beef broth for the ramen and then add beef ribs meat! Game changer

    Nice! I make pho out of ours. I use the raw trimmings along with bones for the broth then put slices in my bowl. Gotta try it with ramen next

    To be fair, it’s hard to go wrong with uses for brisket. But this is definitely a perfect example of what to do.

  9. Yes! I’ve done this. It’s excellent. Pork shoulder is pretty good in ramen too.
