grabbed the carbe diem when it was on sale on Amazon (thanks to another user for posting ab it!) and made dinner tonight!! Delicious!!

  • 150g chicken
  • 2 oz carbe diem
  • spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion
  • 2 laughing cow garlic and herb cheese wedges
  • asparagus on the side!

    This made me realize I should have gotten the elbows instead of fettuccine. I could make mac& cheese.

    Actually, nvm I just got some cuz they’re still on sale for $11/3 packs. Wooo

    Do you do anything with the cheese wedges to make a “sauce”, or just stir them in? I don’t have great luck with them melting.

    – I just discovered this pasta brand just a last week in this forum and like wow, to be able to bring any form of pasta into my diet is awesome
    – I am working a beefless beef stroganoff recipe that a 8.5oz serving is under 300calories with using fat free yogurt, some dry gravy mix, mushrooms and scallions. My latest trial I place a serving in my freezer to see how it responds to being frozen
