A Slow Day in My Kitchen | Honest Cooking & Everyday Joys | Focaccia | Easy Baklava | Leek Sauce
Join me for a slow day in the kitchen — where honest cooking meets everyday joys.
From prepping vegetables for a cozy leek sauce to making fluffy focaccia and an easy, no-fuss baklava, this video is full of real moments, gentle rhythm, and a love for simple food.
If you’re looking for calm, conversation, and inspiration for your own home cooking, this is your space. 🌿

In this honest-style kitchen vlog, I share how I cook and move through the day — with a little sourdough bread-making, fresh rosemary from the garden, and reflections on everyday life. There’s no rush, no high production — just the sound of the kitchen, the rhythm of a regular day, and a few questions for you:
Do you prefer your focaccia with or without mozzarella? Do you save your leek tops? Have you tried making baklava the easy way?

This video features:

Leek sauce for pasta or veggies 🧅

Fluffy sourdough focaccia with cherry tomatoes and rosemary 🍅

Easy walnut baklava (phyllo pastry, honey, cinnamon) 🍯

Whether you’re cooking along, listening in the background, or just looking for slow and mindful content, thank you for being here. 💛

I live in southern Spain, so my kitchen is influenced by Mediterranean flavors, fresh produce, and a lot of improvisation.

  1. Hola !
