LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Ortikia Mediterranean Grill, a new concept from Blue Ribbon Restaurants, is arriving in Henderson next month.
The restaurant will open on Monday, June 3, at Green Valley Ranch Resort, according to a news release.
First announced back in January, Ortikia will serve seafood, rotisserie-cooked meats and Greek-inspired appetizers. Guests can also enjoy a seafood counter and crudo bar.
There will be 168 seats, with the dining area meant to evoque the rooftops and ambiance of Greece.
“We have always loved the different cuisines and cultures found throughout the Mediterranean,” chefs Bruce and Eric Bromberg said in a statement. “After spending time immersing ourselves in the culinary scene, we are thrilled to share our love for the region through this new restaurant.”
Ortikia is located just off the casino floor, in the resort’s new promenade. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
