Here the sizzles and sounds as fresh king prawns, mussels, squid and cod fillet are quickly cooked with onions, white wine, slow cooked tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Finished cooked together with bronze die al dente linguine pasta from Gragnano in southern Italy and also parsley and a drop of olive oil on top at the end. This is not a dish that needs Parmesan cheese or butter!
