First time from seed, setup

Hello everyone! Long time lurker first time poster. Wanted to see if my setup for the seedlings was alright:

Originally had bought one of those dome with light setup but took off the dome once they started to sprout. I figured since I need the lights close I’d try to rig a light holder with some popsicle sticks. I also have a grow bulb https://a.co/d/g7W6H0v on them as well. This is a north facing window they’re at.

I was worried some were getting a bit leggy so I buried them to hopefully get the roots going.

I have a mix of ghost (furthest to the left, which I know I should get its own light), sugar rush, apocalypse scorpion, and Thai. This is my first year starting from seed so I’m hopeful that at least a few plants survive until I can plant outside. Thank you for any advice!
